Investment Rules

  • Every deposit is considered a private transaction between our company and the Client.
  • As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and all related amendments. We are not FDIC insured, nor a licensed bank or security firm.
  • Accrual of interest on investments is calculated and credited to the Client's account daily or at the end of the investment term, depending on the selected plan.
  • Clients may use our Profit Calculator for an accurate projection of returns.
  • Each client may open only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or permanent freezing of related accounts.
  • You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You invest at your own risk. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Anti-Spam Policy

  • Spam is unsolicited bulk email including "junk mail" that was not requested by the recipient. It is intrusive, wastes resources, and is strictly prohibited on our platform.
  • We do not tolerate SPAM or any type of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) in connection with our company.
  • We forbid unsolicited emails of any kind for marketing purposes related to our services.
  • If you did not receive an expected email from us, please check your spam/junk folder — some providers may incorrectly mark our messages.

Amendments

  • Our administration reserves the right to amend this document at any time, without requiring investor consent.
  • Clients will be informed of changes via a notice published on the platform.
  • Changes take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated in the updated text.

  • Clients agree to communicate courteously with support staff and follow provided instructions.
